Rappers And Influencers Embrace NFTs At Tory Lanez BET After Party, Hosted By YAAAS

SINGAPORE, June 30, 2021 – Rapper Tory Lanez threw a BET after party presented by YAAAS, a brand new NFT marketplace for music artists and social influencers, at a private mansion in Bel Air last night. Lanez is a known innovator in the NFT space and is one of the first artists to have released tracks as NFTs.

Guests attending the after party included musician, Chris Brown, Jeremy Meeks, Chet Hanks, Kyle Massey and singer, Mario. Among others, iconic photographer Ellen von Unwerth, star designer Jeff Hamilton, and influencers Blake Grey and girlfriend Ameile Zilber, were also spotted together with fellow friends.

YAAAS is a brand new Non-Fungible Token (NFT) marketplace by WOM Protocol Pte. Ltd that connects social influencers and music artists with each other, as well as their communities, through the sale of experiences, collaborations and real-life meet and greets.

The YAAAS marketplace, which launched earlier this month, is currently in MVP and includes a variety of initial features to allow users to test and collectively shape its future development. Music artists, in particular, now have the opportunity to monetize their music by forming partnerships with social influencers in the community. Social influencers, meanwhile, will be able to trade TikTok Duet collaborations. By doing so, YAAAS allows them to monetize their skills, while helping other creators in the community make better videos.

In addition, the marketplace will also offer fans an avenue for engaging and building closer relationships with their favorite artists and influencers through the sale of meet and greets. Fans will also be able to organize in-person and online events.

YAAAS is designed to make NFTs accessible for creators and communities with limited crypto experience. For sellers, the process is fast and easy and simply requires users to set up an auction for their service, then set a minimum and buy now price. Buyers simply need to register with YAAAS and set up a payment method. Notably, the platform allows for fiat currencies as well as Ether, and ERC-20 tokens, including the WOM Token, which can be managed through a MetaMask wallet.
