This landmark achievement was made possible through a strategic partnership with the CEO of RE/MAX England & Wales, enabling the property to be offered at less than 10% of its appraisal, while providing an unmatched 7% upfront rental income yield—significantly higher than the typical 4-5% in traditional markets, and this rent is paid upfront for 3 years, locked in a smart contract. The sold-out property, a TUI Blue beach resort property in Cape Verde, is secured through a smart contract on the blockchain, ensuring full transparency for investors.
